We understand you might have needed a little time to see if your new jewellery is perfect for you but due to the nature of personalised products, we cannot offer returns unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.….

 

Terms of Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns will only be accepted if you have recieved damaged/incorrect items in your order.

 

Warranty

At Plum, we take pride in the quality of our customized jewellery and we stand behind our products. We offer a 1 Year Warranty for all custom jewellery that is purchased directly from us.

Our warranty covers the following:

  • If the necklace is received in damaged condition
  • If the necklace gets broken
  • If the necklace has a spelling mistake not specified in the order

Please note, the warranty cannot be claimed if the products get tarnished or lose their polish. To keep your jewellery long-lasting, follow the care instructions on our Jewellery Care page.

For warranty claims, email us at info@plumjewellery.in. Customized jewelry is non-refundable, but we will replace any faulty item.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

   

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 8-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@plumjewellery.in
